The Greatest Mystery
Most of me is a mystery to those around me, not revealed for public show. Those closer to me know more, but still to a good amount which lies beneath thesurface of my actions, words and mannerisms. I also find that there is such a deep part of me that’s even a mystery to me, like the deepest shades and recesses of my soul, the source of desire and thought before they become words or images in my head.
But there is One who knows all of me, the shell, theactions, the desires and thoughts, the source of who I am before my thoughts even begin to exist, before I am anything. He is the All-knowing God, the God of Israel, Creator of heaven and earth, the Greatest and most Glorious Mystery we can ever hope to search out.
The fear of the Eternal One is the beginning of knowledge.
